We import activity summaries (type, duration, distance, heart rate, calories) and daily health metrics (steps, sleep, heart rate, stress). This data is used to calculate recovery, estimate training load, and help your AI trainer adjust workout intensity and volume.
Yes. When your AI trainer creates a structured workout, you can sync it directly to your Garmin device. The workout appears in your Garmin Connect app and syncs to your watch for guided sessions.
Go to Settings, then Integrations. Tap "Disconnect" next to your Garmin account. You can also revoke access from your Garmin Connect settings at connect.garmin.com. No new data will be synced after disconnecting.
Yes. Go to Settings and use the data management options to remove all synced Garmin data. Disconnecting your account stops syncing, and you can delete historical data separately.

Go to Settings, then Integrations. Tap "Disconnect" next to your Strava account. Your previously synced activities will remain in your history but no new data will be fetched. You can also revoke access from your Strava settings at strava.com/settings/apps.

After completing a strength session, tap "Share to Strava" on the workout summary screen. The workout will appear in your Strava feed as a Weight Training activity with your exercise details and total volume.
Yes. All workout data is stored on your device and synced privately via iCloud. Data from connected services is used only to personalize your training and is never shared with other users. You can export or delete all your data at any time from the app settings. Read our full Privacy Policy.
